Fedway Associates, New Jersey’s largest wine and spirit distributor sought a solution to drive consumer engagement in wine and spirit retail stores. Their desire was a to put forward a collaborative solution between all industry tiers (supplier-distributor-retailer) that stimulates the consumer at the point of decision.
Organizing a network of wine and liquor stores with various square footage, shelving and access to power for interactive digital signage deployment while simultaneously formatting, coordinating and developing content for category leading wine and spirit brands (ie. Grey Goose Vodka, Johnnie Walker Scotch, Jack Daniels Whiskey, Moet & Chandon Champagne).
Moblty’s technology team deployed interactive screens across a state-wide network of 75 wine and spirit stores while it’s creative team worked with the sales and marketing teams of industry leading suppliers to create content that married brand awareness messaging to a call to action.
The participating wine and spirit retailers reported that Moblty’s cloud-based digital signage network enhanced look of their stores, drove an increase in consumer dwell time and drove recurring millennial shopping trips. Wine and spirit suppliers claim that Moblty’s presence provided a new dimension in speaking directly to the consumer at the critical stage of the consumer’s journey… the point of decision. The Moblty platform has assisted Fedway in establishing it within the retail and supplier community as an innovator of a new marketing discipline.
