THE FULL STORY

THE SITUATION

L’Oreal was bringing to market the new Salon Emotion Program. The goal was to use technology to change the salon environment and drive in new customers, enhance the consultation and change the experience of the salon guest.

THE CHALLENGE

Utilizing Moblty’s turnkey solution, Elements Salon received 10” tablets for consultation, a 42” touch-enabled kiosk and a high nit screen in the window. Moblty assisted in procuring the hardware, installing the screens, providing cellular connectivity for each screen and custom content for each screen.

THE SOLUTION

In order to ensure that this initiative was effective the digital provider needed to have the software to support interactive screens, but also the ability to support the procurement, installation and training for the entire solution set.

THE RESULTS
