THE SITUATION

EJE Travel Retail has been providing travelers with the most comprehensive line of superior brand perfumes, colognes, liquors, tobacco products, cosmetics and leather goods since 1978. For airports like Newark-Liberty International, having an EJE Travel Retail location translates into revenue generating opportunities backed by more than 30 years of experience.

THE CHALLENGE

EJE’s goal was to enhance sales by increasing brand awareness for their top brands and informing customers about product promotions. They asked Moblty to deploy an interactive campaign via digital signage network, converting their retail spaces into smart stores.

THE SOLUTION

209 in-shelf interactive screens where installed across 6 stores in 2 airports with relevant content and promotions supported by Moblty software and it’s creative team. They were now able to reach over 180,000 consumers a month on a more individual base buy placing relevant information and promotions at their fingertips. Powerful, frequent engagement, profitable sales uplift and incremental advertising revenue from multiple brands lead the retailer and airport to open a fully digital duty free “walk through” store in Terminal B. The first of its kind in the USA.
